We have a number of different options when it comes to bevelling pipework. On the hire fleet we have Ridgid 300 and Ridgid 1224 pipe threading/bevelling machines that can be fitted with bevel dies, this allows users to bevel upto 4" pipe. Bevelling pipe using this method is both fast, secure and easy. On the hire fleet we also have trumpf pipe bevellers which use a punch to create bevels on the pipe, the Trumpf TKF's will fit all pipe above 55mm radius and can be supplied with three variations of punches depending on the tensile strength of the steel being bevelled. Finally we have Oxy-Acetylene Pipe bevelling machines which can bevel pipe with a diameter from 114mm to 600mm and can create upto 45 degrees bevels, the oxy-acetylene beveller is operated by a hand wheel to provide a constant bevelling action around the pipe.
