Folding towers are ideal for low level access as the base scaffold unit folds up making transit through doors easier. It also has the flexibility of been able to increase the platform height in the same way you would a normal alloy tower system to a maximum platform height of 6 metres. When the width of a tower becomes critical the folding tower has a width of 750mm compared to 850mm on a standard narrow alloy tower system.
