Hiring a geared diehead receder will increase the Ridgid 300 pipe threader capacity from 2" to 4" or even 6". The Ridgid 141 can be hired in addition to a Ridgid 300, the receder drive bar simply slides into the ridgid 300 chuck and the receders supporting loop slides over one of the Ridgid 300 support arms and the threader has turned into a 4" pipe threader, or in the case of the Ridgid 161 into a massive 6" pipe threader. When hired a pipe support stand must be available or hired as pipe is threaded from the open end rather than 'through the chuck' like 1/2" to 2" pipe. We also stock the geared die head receder for NPT dies, please note it is not just a case of swapping die types on receders, the Ridgid 141 BSPT and Ridgid 141 NPT are different machines internally!
