We have a range of pipe cutters on the hire fleet ranging from the crack cutters for cast, clay and cement pipes to the manual vice style cutters for steel pipe and the electric Rems Cento for cutting steel, copper and stainless steel. Finally we have oxy actylene pipe cutting machines.
Pipe Freezing Kit

Pipe freezing kits for hire, allowing for maintenance and replacement of pipe without having to drain systems. Our pipe freezing kits can freeze pipe from 15mm to 60mm.

Our hire fleet consists of the Yorkshire and Mapress collars and jaws, we stock the full range from 15mm to 108mm collars all fully calibrated and ready for use. All our machines are Geberit, the best on the market.
Pipe Roll Groovers

The hire fleet consists of the simple to use Ridgid manual lever roll groover which has a 1" to 6" capacity and we also carry the Rems R300 1" to 12" hydraulic roll groover for the larger pipes or for large quantity jobs.

The hire fleet consists of the basic 100mm capacity pipe saws and the fein 440mm large capacity saws. All our saws come complete with pipe clamps. The Fein 440mm is available in 110v and pneumatic.
Pipe Threaders

Our pipe threading hire fleet is one on the most complete. We stock electric pipe threaders able to thread upto 6" BSPT steam pipe and manual ratchet threaders upto 3" BSPT. We stock a full range of dies for steel, stainless steel and NPT threads along with bolt dies and bevel dies plus nipple chucks for Ridgid 300's.

Pressure Testing Pumps

The hire fleet consists of both electric, manual and pneumatic pressure test pumps. The pressure test pumps range from electric pumps that have maximum pressures of 25 bar and 100 bar along with manual pressure test pumps that test 50 bar through to 700 bar and pneumatic pressure pumps that can test a massive 1060 bar.

Tube Benders

Hire tube benders to bend copper and thin wall stainless steel tube. We have the benders to bend from 6mm upto 54mm with our horizontal ratchet tube benders.
Tube Expanders
Collapse
There are two types of tube expanders used for two separate applications. The hand ratchet expander is for forming the ends of copper pipes into sleeves for joints without the need for jointing pieces. The pneumatic tube expander is used for sleeving tubes into plate ends for use in, for example heat exchangers.
